I found the location great with several tube stations within a short walk. the free coffee machine was a nice touch. I used it often. the room was comfortable. breakfast offered plenty of options.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with storing luggage before check-in.
my room faced a courtyard and had a very old sash window. the window let in very nice drafts and it was impossible to lock (i felt unsafe). the room was cold despite the radiator being on full blast.

The location was perfect. It was only a 5 minute walk to king's cross station and in a quiet area with cafes. the hotel had a lovely sitting area. the room was very clean, i noticed that the standard of cleanliness was very high. the staff were also helpful and cute.
the shower cubicle was a bit small though the water pressure was great!

the hotel's proximity to st pancras international and euston station is very convenient. my room was clean and quiet. i particularly enjoyed the eco-friendly soap and body lotion. breakfast was AMAZING!!! with plenty of options to choose from.
